Sending emails in background task

If you experience performance issues with your email server, you can use our custom
email backend for sending emails asynchronously with background tasks.

Rename your ``EMAIL_BACKEND`` setting in ``~/devilrydeploy/devilry_settings.py`` to
``DEVILRY_LOWLEVEL_EMAIL_BACKEND`` and add the following setting::

    EMAIL_BACKEND = 'devilry.devilry_email.rq_backend.RQEmailBackend'
